Madhur Dhawani: Chapter 4

Medai- The Stage & Pandit Iman Das presents the 4th edition of Madhurdhwani on 27th July,Sunday from 6pm onwards.

As is the norm of these uniquely curated shows, the 4th edition is themed on Bengali Rain songs and dance.

On a rare occurance in Bangalore, National Awardee & Internationally Acclaimed Vocalist Pandit Iman Das will himself sing a bouquet of Raga based bengali songs which are seldom heard. The concert will also feature Smt. Somapriya Mukherjee and Iman Das's disciple Smt.Shaswati Bhattacharjee presenting a jugalbandi of nazrulgeeti and adhunik songs also themed on the rainy season. Omkar Music Academy vocal disciples and Kathak exponent Snigdha D.S. & her disciples will then take you down the bengali nostalgic road with some evergreen rain songs of Rabindrasangeet and Nazrulgeeti choreographed with dance.
